Bright, non-smoking holiday apartment for up to 6 people, renovated and refurnished in 2021. Amenities: Storage space for bicycles/e-bikes, bed linens and towels included, open-concept kitchen, exposed timber beams in the living/kitchen area, free Wi-Fi, one bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate shower and toilet. The modern upstairs holiday apartment features an open and fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A dining area is also located in the kitchen. The living area is separated from the kitchen by exposed timber beams and features a spacious corner couch that can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Additionally, the apartment includes two bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 French bed), a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a separate shower and toilet in the holiday rental. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. A spacious balcony will be part of the holiday rental starting in August 2024.
