Welcome to your next beach getaway in Seaside Park, ideally located as the 2nd home from the beach and right where the Seaside Heights boardwalk begins. Enjoy the best of both worlds: a quieter beach setting away from the crowds, while still a short walk from rides, restaurants, and entertainment. Your booking includes two separate units, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms , giving you the extra space and privacy, of enjoying the convenience of an entire place to yourself.
Location
Located in Seaside Park, this home offers a rare combination of peace and proximity to the action. You’re just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy quiet mornings by the ocean or long days in the sand. At the same time, you’re right near the start of the Seaside Heights boardwalk, so restaurants, rides, arcades, and nightlife are all within easy walking distance. You’re also directly across from Sawmill for lunch or dinner, within walking distance of the famous Blue Cup Coffee, and just around the corner from local favorites like Bella’s Bagels, Captain Hooks, and several pizza spots.
Two-unit layout – space & privacy
Your stay includes two separate units, one on the top floor and one on the bottom, giving families and groups the perfect mix of togetherness and privacy. In total, you’ll have two fully equipped kitchens, two bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs, and a bathroom on each floor—ideal for multiple couples, extended family, or friends who want their own space while still sharing one property.

Inside, both units feel bright, fresh, and welcoming. Whether you're coming back from the beach, getting ready for a night on the boardwalk, or simply relaxing indoors, the home offers an easy, comfortable setting for your stay, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.
Kitchen and dining
The fully renovated, fully equipped kitchens are designed to make your stay convenient and enjoyable—perfect for quick breakfasts before the beach or more elaborate dinners at home. With brand-new finishes and functional layouts, the kitchens make it easy to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Across the two units, you’ll have four bedrooms in total: two upstairs and two downstairs, giving everyone a comfortable place to recharge. We provide linens, cozy blankets for every bed, and one towel per guest. Each floor has its own spa-like bathroom stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can pack light.
Outdoor space
Enjoy the coastal breeze from your private deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. You’ll also have access to a fenced-in shared patio, giving kids extra space to play and everyone more room to relax outdoors. The BBQ grill makes casual cookouts after a beach day simple and fun.

We also provide off-street parking for 2 cars, $250+ added value for weekly stays in this area.

Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.
To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.
Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation
