Exquisit 4 - Norderney

The "Exquisit 4" holiday rental is located in the "Exquisit" building, which was constructed in 2011 and features a total of 8 holiday rentals. The building is situated on a side street, just a few steps from the Kurplatz and the pedestrian zone. This three-room apartment on the ground floor is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached without steps, as an lift is available.

The apartment features a living room, two bedrooms (one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and an open kitchen with a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer, and underfloor heating. In addition, there are two televisions in the apartment. The apartment’s small balcony overlooks the landscaped courtyard.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared basement. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building. The beach is only about 700 metres away, making it just a few minutes’ walk. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the holiday rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no taller than knee-high). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
