Cozy but just right if you're out and about and need somewhere for a little wind-down time and sleep. Access could use some reconfiguration especially if you are someone with ambulation differences as you have to cross river rock, skirt by a sunken basement window that you risk kicking rocks into, then squeeze past a mini split unit. That aside it was a great little space and we appreciated the stay.

We take all guest feedback seriously, so we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review. During your stay, no concerns or complaints were raised with us regarding the property or your experience. We would have been happy to address any issues had they been brought to our attention at the time. After your departure, we discovered damage to our bedding that required replacement. The damage was documented, and we charged only for the cost associated with replacing the damaged items. Unfortunately, it appears this review was posted after we requested reimbursement for the damage caused during your family’s stay. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable home and treating our guests fairly. We believe it is important to be transparent about the circumstances so that future guests can make an informed assessment of this review.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My wife and I have traveled the world. This is the worst lodging experience of our lives. Each day / evening we hear the family above like they are in the same room. We hear every footstep, every child meltdown, every opening and closing of doors. The renters in the unit next to us plays music loudly. As i write this we can hear the thumping even with two fans running on high. We have sent messages to the host multiple times but the same experience repeats EVERY day and evening. The home is new, but poorly constructed, with thin walls and cheaply made doors … you can hear everything. The listing states occupants may hear “transition noise” … this is simply a poorly constructed home for three sets of renters. The family with young children live above, the two basement units below, one occupied by those playing thumping Indian music, the other is the short term rental we occupied. Our unit consists of three small rooms. The primary bedroom is not a bedroom, but a room w/out a closet with a bed. The 2nd bedroom is small with a bunk bed. The kitchen and couch room is 12’ x 10’, very small. The overall unit is clean / new. To access the entrance one must start on the neighboring homes driveway, then traverse the neighbors side steps, then cut across on the rocks of this property and walk up the bank of rocks to the entry gate. If i am able, I will share videos and pics.
