Ground level A showstopping mixed-use room with a wood-plank ceiling opens through French doors to the waterfront — a relaxed lounge with a grand piano and a wet bar, perfect for evenings in. The first bedroom is also on this level, featuring a Murphy bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



Second level Step up to the heart of the home, where all the main living areas come together. The open great room and kitchen flow straight out to the water. The kitchen is built for real cooking and easy entertaining — granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, a Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator, a gas range, and a breakfast nook framed by water views. The second bedroom is also located on this level featuring a Queen size bed. There is a full bathroom located on the second level.



Top floor The remaining bedrooms are upstairs — calm and coastal, several with their own water views and private balcony access, plus a serene primary suite. Multiple full bathrooms mean no one's waiting in line.



The primary bedroom features a King bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to the waterfront balcony.



The fourth bedroom features 2 Twin beds and access to the waterfront balcony.



The fifth bedroom features a Queen bed.



A hallway bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
