The “Al Signorino” apartment is the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of Lake Como. Recently renovated, it offers over 120 sqm of comfort with 3 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful covered terrace where you can relax and dine while enjoying the lake view.



It accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families and groups. Located in a picturesque hamlet between the lake and the mountains, you will enjoy peace, fresh air, and postcard-worthy views, away from traffic and noise.



Access is pedestrian only via typical village stairways (private unattended parking nearby), a detail that makes your stay even more authentic and charming.



Equipped with amenities for both adults and children: crib available on request (0-3 years), high chair, toys, PlayStation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are assigned based on the number of guests; some services may be available for an extra fee (additional bed linen and towels).



Check-in: 15:00–19:00 (extra fee for late check-in, not available after midnight). No parties or pets allowed.



Essential products provided on arrival. Just minutes away: restaurants, bars, beach, bus, boat and bike rentals, water activities, and main services.

Despite your late arrival and departure, we were happy to accommodate you without the usual fees for late check-in and check-out. This home is the perfect Italian getaway. We loved our time in Lezzeno, it is the picturesque Lake Como town, without the huge hustle and bustle of tourists. Marianna was an amazing host, always available to help and happy to show you her lovely town. The apartment location is within walking distance of the bus stop, the market and three great restaurants. The ferry stop is about a mile walk, but very doable. The home is large and was perfect for our family of 6. I would highly recommend it for a family looking to immerse yourself in Italian culture, by being a visitor, not a tourist. If you’re looking for nightlife, big crowds and hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. Our family adored it, we could have lived on the beautiful balcony with the incredible view of Lake Como. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Marianna was an excellent host! The location is conveniently located next to Bellagio. She was responsive and helpful in making great local recommendations. The place was exactly as advertised; clean, beautiful view to the lake and more than enough beds to fit a whole family. Excellent choice!

Great View, Close to Bellagio

Very nice place, perfect for our family. A short drive from Bellagio. it had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como. Marianna is a great host. She helped us with a lot of details and suggestions. Lezzeno is underrated in the reviews of Lake Como. In addition to proximity to Bellagio, it had several very good restaurants. Stone House was one of the best restaurants I have been to. Be aware, parking is difficult all along the lake, but not impossible.
