House 1 (built in 2023) features 60 square meters of living space, including a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stove with an oven in the cozy living-dining area, as well as a terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the idyllic countryside. The various quiet areas in the garden invite you to relax and unwind. During the colder months, underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cozy warmth.
Parking is available right next to the vacation home. A washer and dryer are available in the complex’s central utility room.

The surrounding Weserbergland region offers a wide range of opportunities for hiking and biking. Shopping options are within walking distance in the village. There is a bread roll delivery service.

A covered parking area is available for bicycles and motorcycles. Vehicles can also be locked up here.
