Beautiful residence "La Ferme de Sandra", built in 2013. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Grocery 350 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 260 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 300 m, railway station "Sion" 16 km, outdoor swimming pool 850 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 800 m, walking paths from the house 350 m, gondola lift 300 m, sled run, children's playground 450 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 350 m.
