If you want to completely relax and feel right at home, then you’ve come to the right place.

In this approximately 46 m² south-facing apartment (No. 60), you’ll find a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the “Residenz Haffblick” residential complex and is designed to accommodate 2 people.

Decorated primarily in shades of green and white, this light-filled apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail, creating a cheerful atmosphere the moment you walk in.

In the living area, the cosy couch invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are at your disposal. The couch is a pull-out. The modern dining table offers the ideal spot for shared meals. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Haffwiesen and the adjacent Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve.

The kitchenette is integrated into the living room and is well-equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and microwave.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large closet and a wide, comfortable double bed (2x 80 x 200 cm). The apartment has laminate flooring. Curtains provide privacy.

The tiled shower room is modernly furnished. Next to the shower, you’ll find a towel warmer and plenty of storage space.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here. On the same floor, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Right next to the building, you’ll find a free outdoor parking space assigned to the apartment. A bike shed provides space for bicycles. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available.

Another highlight of this apartment complex is located in the basement. There you’ll find a pleasantly quiet wellness area with a sauna, an infrared cabin (for a small fee), a separate shower, and a spacious relaxation area—perfect for unwinding both body and mind. A well-equipped fitness room with a variety of strength training machines rounds out this wellness package.

The “Residenz Haffblick” apartment complex, which is very centrally located yet quiet, is only about 200 metres from the Baltic Sea beach. At the same time, you’re just a few steps away from the pier and the centre of Boltenhagen, with its many small shops, cafés, and restaurants.
