You will have full, exclusive access to all of the main house including the deck, the hot tub, the backyard, the path to the beach, and the beach itself. Our 50 foot wide beach is for the private use of our guests and is not shared with anyone else.



The garage areas and the space above the big garage are locked and not available for guest use.



We are usually not available in person.



We do have family and friends in the area, so we occasionally use the driveway and stay nearby in the room above the adjacent garage.



The immediate local area in and around Broadalbin, Mayfield, and Northville are quiet and quaint. There are many small mom-and-pop shops and restaurants to explore scattered throughout the area.



Our town of Broadalbin - like all the towns in this area - is rural and requires your own car/transportation to get around.



We normally have room for up to 5-6 cars at Treetop Lodge.



Be aware that the sloped driveway can be a challenge during the winter months. We therefore limit parking to the (slightly more level) top half of the driveway in the wintertime which brings the wintertime capacity of the driveway to 3-4 cars.
