Kommunikationschaos

Der Aufenthalt war prima, das Ferienhaus so großzügig und schön wie beschrieben. Aber: Von einer Buchung via Fewodirekt erwarte ich, dass dann auch alles über dieses Portal läuft. Alle Zahlungen zum Beispiel. Und dass ich immer an einer Stelle einsehen kann, welche Zahlungen bereits erfolgten und wann weitere folgen. In diesem Fall war alles anders bis hin zu Unterschieden in der Gesamtsumme (!). Es war für mich schlichtweg unübersichtlich. Ich überwies eine Summe, übersehend, dass weiter unten irgendwo stand, der Rest sei direkt an den Vermieter vor Ort zu überweisen. Immerhin erfolgte die Rückabwicklung rasch. Eine genaue und schriftliche Übersicht aller Kosten habe ich bis dato übrigens nicht erhalten. Also: Entweder Vermietung über Fewodirekt, dann aber auch alles über diese Agentur laufen lassen, oder das Haus eben nicht über Fewodirekt anbieten. Ich habe das Portal schon oft genutzt und nie Probleme erlebt.

Superschönes,sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und mega sauberes Ferienhaus. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden und das Geschirr hochwertig. Man kann sich da nur wohl fühlen! Familie Rader gibt per e-mail vorab alle wichtigen Informationen und sogar Veranstaltungstipps. Wir waren einfach nur begeistert!
