This comfortable and very tastefully furnished holiday rental, measuring approximately 80 square metres and featuring three rooms, stands out for its quiet location. The light-filled living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows, includes a spacious dining area that seats 4–6 people. In the living room area, you can relax on the large couch (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa) and the cosy armchairs. Here you’ll find a large flat-screen TV and radio.

From the living room, you can step out onto the small terrace on the east side of the house, which is furnished with a table and chairs.

Enjoy breakfast, cook, and treat yourself—the large kitchenette integrated into the living area is equipped with all modern kitchen appliances, including an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and more.

There are two separate bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom is furnished with one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a cosy sitting area with two armchairs, as well as a flat-screen TV and radio. The children’s room features two single beds placed end-to-end (0.90 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a desk, and a flat-screen TV with radio. For a restful night’s sleep, the slatted frames of the beds are height-adjustable at both the head and foot ends. A third sleeping option in the living room is a comfortable sleeper sofa with a slatted base—easy to operate and unfold. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The bright, modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A small room designated as a luggage compartment serves as storage space. Here you’ll also find the third closet for accommodating up to 6 people.
