Great house with fun decorations. Comfortable with lots of room; full kitchen with ample dining area. Loved the coffee available and the sound machine in the bedroom- great conveniences! Communication around booking were great with easy check in and check out.

This property was AMAZING for my first summer getaway with two kiddos (8 & 10) and our bulldog. The very first night we quickly agreed we needed to stay here every year! The house is the PERFECT combination of charming 1800s peppered with modern updates. And TERRIFIC water pressure in all three showers! A true gem - clean AND comfortable (especially the bedding!), and the host was attentive to our every question along the way. Great proximity to all the sites - Ramunto’s for a delicious pizza and salad dinner, Woodstock Farmer’s Market for egg sandwiches at breakfast, Gillingham’s for collectibles and Woodstock maple syrup, and swimming in the Ottauquechee River at multiple locations under the iconic covered bridges. The fire pit was a bonus for s’mores under the stars! “Look mom - the Big Dipper!” We also enjoyed gaming tournaments in our very own arcade as well as spreading out for sessions of catch in the large yard! I don’t know who had the better time - me, the kids, or our dog!
