The cosy, non-smoking holiday apartments in Rottach (55 m²; for 2 people) and Tegernsee (95 m²; for 2–3 people) with a terrace or balcony offer you the ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities and adventures in the Tegernsee Valley, no matter the season.
From the holiday apartments, you can reach the shore of Lake Tegernsee in just a few minutes on foot: there, enjoy the wonderful view of the famous Malerwinkel in Rottach-Egern and the surrounding mountains.

Our spacious and sunny holiday apartments, located right by the lake, are very cosy and comfortably furnished in the popular Upper Bavarian style and have been rated 3 or 4 stars by the German National Tourist Board.
Right from our house, you can set out on numerous activities in any season or simply relax on the terrace and the sunbathing lawn. The southern shore of Lake Tegernsee is just a few steps away. Likewise, just a few minutes’ walk away in the well-known spa town of Rottach-Egern, you’ll find numerous shopping options, as well as the Rottach-Egern lake and thermal baths, the well-maintained spa facilities, pubs, restaurants, bus stops, a boat dock, and much more in the immediate vicinity.

As a guest in the Tegernsee Valley, you can use the MVV bus lines throughout the Oberland as often as you like for free with the Tegernsee Card! The Tegernsee Card offers you many discounts on your activities.

Of course, you also have free Wi-Fi in the holiday apartments. You can recharge any e-bikes you bring with you in the lockable shelter during your stay.
Pets are not allowed in our building.
