Welcome to your Surf City beach retreat. This second-row, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers easy beach access just steps away and plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a bright open living area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (each w/ TV), and a large front deck with dining and lounge seating. Downstairs features a recreation room with TV and lounge area, pool table, foosball, bar, full bathroom, and beach gear. Other amenities include washer/dryer, parking for multiple vehicles, covered back porch, and beach access across the street.

We love the layout, which creates individual space, without losing the togetherness of a vacation. The middle family room, with kitchen, dining, and living room are a great space for everyone to gather for morning coffee, meals, and movie nights. The den down stairs provides a get-away for kids to have space to play. The massive front porch is a dream - with ocean views and sounds. And the covered back porch is perfect for enjoying a rainy day while reading a book or playing cards. And the whole reason you came - THE BEACH - with access only steps away across the street, makes for easy trips back and forth.
