This charming suite is part of the Mahogany Hall Boutique Resort, an seven-room mansion surrounded by swaying palms and other lush jungle greenery. Reach the resort easily from the capital of Belmopan 29 miles east, enjoy the distinct global character of San Ignacio three miles east, and plan easy day trips to Cahal Pech (four miles east), Xunantunich (10 miles south), Actun Tunichil Muknal (22 miles east), and other renowned Mayan ruins.
Built in 2009, this riverfront resort is an ideal blend of modern amenities and old-world Caribbean charm. Begin each morning with complimentary tea and coffee, a dip in the shared infinity pool or the nearby Mopan River, and a comfortable seat on the resort's deck or patio with an engrossing novel and a deck of cards.
