The property is a 15-minute walk from Pittulongu Beach, which is 1100 meters away. In addition, the nearest supermarket and a good selection of restaurants are 500 meters away; thus, just a few minutes' walk. The communal pool is open from June 15 to September 9, according to the hours and days arranged by the condominium rules.
