The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn things off (please set the thermostat to 63 degrees in the winter prior to departure or to 75 degrees in the summer).
Place all used towels on the bathroom floor. Wash, dry, and put away all dirty dishes. Trash may be left in the trashcan; no need to haul away!
Scoop and dispose of any dog poop from the yard (if you brought your pet). Close the door at the top of the stairs as you exit. Please check out on the app or message host to notify of your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must utilize stairs to access the unit as it is located on the 2nd floor. Thus it may not be safe/suitable for those with mobility challenges.
The unit is located up stairs and features one floor to ceiling window; this type of window and stairs could be hazardous for very young children.

Super clean and artistically decorated GEM that gives off a SPA vibe. Close to downtown without the downtown price. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Great location, perfect for a couple get away! We enjoyed Wrightsville Beach during the day and Wilmington at night.
