Our stand-alone vintage coach house is located in a quiet, walkable residential neighborhood just minutes to downtown, CMU, Soaring Eagle Casino, parks, and trails. The upstairs living space with in-unit downstairs laundry makes for a peaceful, private alternative to noisy hotels.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please put used towels and bed sheets near the laundry before leaving. Please put trash in the bins outside the Coach House. Recycling goes in the yellow top bin.

Turn off all lights, fans, and AC units. Please make sure all windows are closed and the door is closed and locked behind you.

This unit doesn't have a dishwasher, so please make sure all dirty dishes are washed and put away. There's a dish drying rack under the sink. Please remember to log out of streaming apps on the TV.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place. Cute and cozy. Perfect for a couple visiting their kids at CMU as we did. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
