Its location is unbeatable in area called playa chica, with all services available around, fabulous restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and a few meters from one of the best urban beaches in the world.
Apartment located on the 5th floor with direct elevator access from the portal.
It is a private building where owners and tenants live together, a very quiet building, where you have to respect the most basic rules of coexistence, no noise, no parties, you will be at home.
