The modern and lovingly furnished Alpenvogel vacation apartment, with a wonderful view of the Hörner group, is situated in the Sonthofen district of Rieden in a very quiet location. It is an ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation in the Oberallgäu.

The 65m² apartment on the top floor consists of a living room (sofa bed for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (1 box-spring double bed + 1 single bed), a bathroom with bath and shower, a WC, a west-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Hörner group and thus offers enough space for up to 5 people and 1-2 small children. A travel cot and a high chair are also available. The apartment also has a colorful collection of children's and board games.

The apartment is also equipped with underfloor heating. The floors are tiled in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedroom and living room floors are laminate.

- Crockery and glasses
- Cooking utensils

Free W-LAN is also available for our guests.

In the cellar there is a drying room with ski boot dryer and ski rack.

Parking spaces are available free of charge either directly at the house or in the side street.

Our guests receive the Allgäu-Walser-Card with various discounts free of charge with their stay.

We also offer a bread roll service for our guests. Please ask us about this when you arrive.

Pets are only allowed on prior request.

Our apartment is located in a non-smoking house. Smoking in the apartment is therefore not permitted. You have the possibility to smoke on our beautiful balcony.
