Seamless Check-In:

Once your reservation is confirmed and the required guest verification has been completed, you`ll receive instructions to access the building and your unit using the building`s mobile access app. This secure, keyless entry system makes check-in simple and convenient—no physical keys required.

While our business is family-run behind the scenes, we also have a dedicated Guest Communication Team available daily from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM to assist with check-in, check-out, unit access, extensions, and any questions you may have. You can easily reach them via phone or through the app.

Please note** All bookings must be made before 1:00 AM so we can verify your reservation and add you to the Latch app for secure building and unit access. Bookings made after this time may not be eligible for same-night check-in.

🔐 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Options

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, all guests are required to complete a quick verification process through Enso Connect’s Boarding Pass, a trusted third-party service. This step is part of standard rental compliance and helps us create a safe and seamless experience for everyone.

As part of this process, you’ll choose one of the following options:
✔ Refundable $500 Security Deposit (with a $15 processing fee)
✔ Non-Refundable $35 Damage Waiver

This measure protects both you and our property during your stay.

No Pets Allowed: Unauthorized pets will result in a $450 fee.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A $500 abatement fee will be charged if smoking is detected.

Parking Notice: Please do not park in the building`s front parking lot. It is reserved for permanent residents only. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner`s expense.
