Two luxury chalets with entrances directly next to one another for up to 30 people. Book both The Blue and Black Rose Hotels together -- 12 Bedrooms, 20 separate Beds, 10 Bathrooms , 2 Hot Tubs, 2 Gyms, 2 Rooftop Patios and 2 BBQ`s all under views of the ski hills/mountains. Walk over to the Village or drive in around 1 minute. Built for the groups that never seem to fit anywhere else: Birthdays, Wedding Parties, Family Reunions or Corporate retreats-- this is your solution to do it in style. - Guests Must be 25 years of age in order to book this chalet
- Noise levels must be kept at a respectable level as there is a strict no noise bylaws in place by the town of Blue Mountain
- Guests must fill out a renter`s agreement prior to staying with us, agreeing to all rules
- Guests can only park 10 vehicles in the driveway and there is no additional street parking
- Guests Must be 25 years of age in order to book this chalet
