The pool is available for use by all guests at no additional cost. It has a heating system available upon prior request.



To avoid misunderstandings, it is important to consider the following:



•⁠ ⁠It has an additional cost of $4,000 MXN per stay (weekend or up to 2 nights).



•⁠ ⁠It must be requested and confirmed at least 36 hours before check-in.



•⁠ ⁠It turns on 48 hours in advance, since the volume of water is high and requires time to reach the right temperature.



•⁠ ⁠It is not possible to request it on the same day or from one day to the next.



•⁠ ⁠It cannot be hired for a single night, since the preparation process is the same.



⚠️ If it is not requested and confirmed within the established time, we will not be able to guarantee that it is hot during the stay.

Towels are exclusively for use within the property. In case of loss, each towel has a replacement cost of $400 MXN.
