The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please keep house key in lockbox during your stay and be sure to lock up the house before you put key in lockbox after checkout.
Before checkout during summer season leave AC on in dining room at 72° on Eco and turn off the other two ACs in the house. During winter season leave infrared heater on between 1 and 2.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Leave shoes at front door on shelf would be greatly appreciated during your stay.
Before checkout start washer with towels, washrags, and kitchen rags. Use 1 soap pod and a cup of bleach shut lid hit start open lid and shut again.
Before check out. Be sure to start dishwasher and soap pods are under kitchen sink.
