Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und war sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und fand über eine Schlüsselbox statt. Das Auto kann kostenlos mit einer zur Unterkunft gehörende Parkkarte im nahegelegen Parkhaus „Rote Straße“ abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man ist zu Fuß sofort in der Innenstadt. Auch ein Rewe Markt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wir sind voller Vorfreude angereist und nachdem wir 17 steile Treppen hinauf ins Erdgeschoss gelangten, fanden wir direkt den Hinweis vor, dass am vorletzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts von 09:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr das Wasser abgestellt wird. Das Appartment wirkt abgewohnt und nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Angabe zum WLAN war falsch, wurde dann vom Hausmeister aber vor Ort zugängig gemacht. Der Fernseher konnte dennoch über die komplette Aufenthaltsdauer nicht genutzt werden. Angegebene Spülmaschiene existierte nicht, Stereoanlage entpuppte sich als Micro-Kompaktanlage mit Wurfantenne Marke uralt. Abspülen geht nur bei fließendem Wasser da der Abfluss nicht gesperrt werden kann. Das gilt ebenso für das Bad. Das Waschbecken im Bad hat einen Riss welcher schon in alten Rezessionen in 2024 bemängelt wurde. (Das gilt ebenfalls für die nicht vorhandene Spülmaschine). Wenn man sich ältere Bewertungen ansieht wird man feststellen das diverse Mängel lange bekannt waren, aber offensichtlich nur verwaltet anstatt abgestellt wurden. Netter Telefonkontakt und entgegengekommen bei der früheren Abreise wegen der Reparaturarbeiten an der Wasserleitung lösen nicht die dauerhaften Mängel.
