Consider this cottage your home away from home while you visit Seneca Lake. The property has two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed so guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The single bathroom includes a refreshing shower, hair dryer for convenience, and washer/dryer. Inside, the space stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Outside, you can enjoy the patio with gazebo, cook on the gas grill, toast smores over the fire pit, swim and fish in the lake, or go for a paddle in a kayak. The serene atmosphere inside and out makes every moment enjoyable. Unlike many finger lakes properties, our cottage and parking is on a level lot! We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place the garbage in the trash bin on the outside of the house.

Wash, dry, and return dishes, utensils, etc. to their original location.

If you stayed with a dog, please make sure the yard is free of pet waste.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fireworks and tents are prohibited. Please be courteous to our neighbors. They're all great, friendly people so say hello if you see them.

If you bring a dog, please clean up their waste. If needed, there are poop bags in the kitchen drawer nearest the bathroom.

We kindly ask that you be gentle on the septic system by not flushing anything other than toilet paper and not pouring oil or grease down any drains.
