Bright, stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offering easy-(less than one minute) access to I-75! Our cozy, relaxing retreat has all of the modern comforts of home and is located in a swim/ tennis neighborhood!! We are situated directly on the neighborhood square with a large grassy area for kids and pets to play. There is one spot parking directly in front of the house and a driveway with a 2 car attached garage behind the house.

Our Acworth home is minutes away from local chef-driven restaurants, unique coffee shops, miles of walking trails, craft breweries, an indoor golf simulator facility, one of a kind boutique shopping, a luxurious spa, antique stores, and charm and history galore! We are happy to help you out with some recommendations. The historic downtown Acworth is uniquely positioned on the shores of Lake Acworth and Lake Allatoona. Please take all trash to the exterior trashcan out back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

We chose Liberty Square for the charm and for the accessibility to the highway. We are literally less than 1 minute to I-75!
We love the downtown Acworth area with restaurants, bars, and shopping❤️

What makes this property unique

Very friendly neighborhood! Our home is directly on the neighborhood square -which is convenient if you have children or pets. You can walk right outside the front door and play with your children or your dogs on the large grassy area and then go on a walk or bike ride all around the neighborhood. We also have a neighborhood pool and tennis court available for your use.
The layout of our home is bright and open and we love having large bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a garage for additional parking!
