Schönes Ferienhaus - Schlechte Agentur

Das Haus an sich war schön, aber mit der Agentur "Vermietung am Hafen" waren wir nicht zufrieden. Zunächst wurden falsche Preise für Bettwäsche/Handtücher kommuniziert, dann erhielten wir die Wegbeschreibung zu einem anderen Ferienhaus, auf Anrufe (zu den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten), WhatsApp, etc. wurde nicht reagiert, der Schlüssel zum Fahrradschuppen passte nicht (gemeldet ohne Rückmeldung). Das waren so die gröberen Sachen. Zudem kamen aber auch viele Kleinigkeiten, wie das z. B. knapp 7 EUR von der Kaution einbehalten wurden ohne eine Info warum. Ist nur Kleingeld, aber das passt einfach zum Gesamtbild. Das Haus an sich ist wie gesagt schön. Es bietet viel Platz und ist sauber, wenn es auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Leitungswasser einen leichten Gelbstich hatte und haben daher nur Wasser aus Flaschen getrunken, auch zum Kaffee machen. Auch das haben wir gemeldet, ohne Rückmeldung der "Vermietung am Hafen". Highlight war die Sauna, die wirklich schön war und gut heiß. Die Lage in Loquard ist sehr ruhig, allerdings hat der Ort wirklich nichts, noch nicht einmal einen Bäcker. Der nächste ist im Nachbarort (Fahrrad oder Auto notwendig). Von da aus kann man aber schöne Ausflüge nach Norden, Emden oder zum Großen Meer, etc. machen. Ein Pizzadienst liefert sogar nach Loquard. Das WLAN ist recht schwach auf der Brust. Streamen geht gerade so, mit Wartezeit zwischendurch. Breitband ist halt noch nicht überall verfügbar.
