Nurdachhaus Friesia in Deichnähe

The Friesia vacation home is a single-story house with a large lot, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Greetsiel near the dike. Come on in! Right next to the front door is the brightly tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. The hallway leads you to the separate, fully equipped kitchen. A microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are provided. Here you can prepare your meals and then serve them across the way in the dining room. The cozy corner bench also invites you to chat and relax. Throughout the house, the owner has added her personal touch with beautiful paintings she created herself. Straight ahead is the spacious living area with a sofa set and a flat-screen TV. A wood-burning stove in the room creates a cozy atmosphere. The large window wall offers a view of the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. A somewhat steep, space-saving staircase leads upstairs to two bedrooms and a separate restroom. The first bedroom features a double bed and a sink. Across from it is the second bedroom with two single beds. The lower windows are equipped with exterior roller shades. A garden shed is available for storing bicycles and other items. Haus Friesia is a smoke-free home! Wi-Fi is available!

Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für unseren Kurzurlaub aber vollkommen ok. Die Terasse könnte mal einen Kärcher gebrauchen.

In dem Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Die Abwicklung war entspannt und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Ortskern leicht erreichbar. Das Küchenequipment ist wirklich gut und hat den hohen Ansprüchen genügt. Super finden wir, dass 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen. Da wir eigene Bikes dabei hatten, brauchten wir die hauseigenen Räder nicht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen entspannten Urlaub. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen ist das Haus allerdings nicht geeignet, da die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern sehr steil ist.

Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren in das Haus. Sicherlich gibt es schönere und modernere Häuser aber irgendwie ist es für uns trotzdem ein Muss in dieses Haus zu gehen. Die Lage ist für uns zu 100% toll. Direkt am Deich und trotzdem ganz in der Sackgasse, wo man komplett seine Ruhe hat. Wir werden auch die nächsten Jahre noch in dieses Haus kommen.
