The upper apartment in the “Schöner Urlaub” vacation home has 2 rooms and offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 people in a 50 m² area. The living and dining area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom. The pull-out sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping option.

The apartment features a spacious balcony. In the vacation home’s private garden, there is a barrel sauna for your private spa experience.

Your apartment also includes a parking space for one car right next to the house.


Information on the visitor’s tax and possible additional costs:
The visitor’s tax is calculated at the time of booking and is included in the total cost. In the event of changes to municipal regulations, the visitor’s tax rate may change before your arrival. You are always required to pay the visitor’s tax as calculated by the municipality.
Linens are not included in the rental price. Linen packages (made-up beds, hand towel, shower towel, bath mat—25.00 euros/person) can be booked separately.
If you use the sauna, the electricity (currently 0.50 euros/kWh) will be billed separately based on consumption.
