Designer items, décor, towels, cups and accessories must remain in the unit. Inventory is checked after each stay. Missing items will be charged.
Please do not move the living room glass table or remove, move, or reposition any wall décor. All items must remain in their original place.
Flush toilet paper ONLY. No wipes, pads, tampons, paper towels, cotton balls or other foreign objects. Guests are responsible for plumbing damage.

While the detached parking garage was a bit of a journey to this 12th floor luxury apartment/condo, it became clear quickly of its worth! Beautifully staged and clean. With all the necessary amenities. It felt safe and inviting. Would absolutely recommend this space for an event or stay in midtown Atlanta.
