Welcome to Vacation Apartment 4, "Düne," in Villa Klarsinni I. It is located at the back of the house on two levels (first floor and attic) and measures approximately 70 square meters. This apartment has been extensively renovated and is furnished in a modern, high-quality style. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Your dog is welcome, too!

A total of three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds are available for up to 5 guests.

The bedroom on the lower level is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a TV.
There are two additional bedrooms in the attic—one with a single bed and a TV, and one with a double bed and a beautiful wooden crib measuring 60 x 120 cm.

You’ll love the spacious bathroom with its walk-in shower and rain showerhead!

In the living room, a large couch invites you to relax. The wonderfully spacious, open-concept kitchen-dining area is a highlight of this beautiful apartment! All bedrooms in the “Düne” are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.

Adjacent to the apartment is a furnished balcony terrace with a sea view, perfect for cozy summer evenings. A lovely barbecue area, as well as the guest garden and a sauna, are available for shared use.

A bike rack is located behind the house. A reserved parking space is available for your car at the property.

Villa Klarsinni I, with its four vacation apartments—“Möwe,” “Welle,” “Strandkorb,” and “Düne”—is located on a quiet side street between the marina and the pier in Grömitz.

The promenade and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.

In addition to the apartments’ terraces, our guests also have access to a lawn, the shared barbecue area, and the sauna. There are coin-operated washers and dryers in a separate laundry room.

There is a freestanding bike rack for your bicycle. Dedicated parking spaces are available for each apartment in front of the building.
