Cosy holiday rental on a historic farm—a stylishly furnished studio apartment with a garden, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Perfect for relaxing!<br><br>The apartment measures 30 square metres and is located in the old horse stable. The well-preserved brick vaulted ceiling creates a rustic atmosphere, and a mural in the bathroom gives the apartment a distinctive character. Outside the window is a perennial garden with a lawn and fruit trees, as well as a garden or tea house that is available to guests of this holiday rental.<br>The studio apartment features a spacious living/sleeping area with a kitchenette, as well as a spacious, modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and a double sink.<br>There is a sitting area, convenient Wi-Fi, and a small TV with satellite connection for both TV and radio reception. <br>The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and silverware. <br><br>Our farmhouse, which is over 100 years old, is located in a village with about 350 residents. It’s quiet here, but not completely isolated. The village has a local pub that serves good North German cuisine from Wednesday through Sunday. Shopping options are about 3 km away. The two cosy, individually decorated guest apartments are located on the ground floor and have been renovated. A shared entrance leads into the hallway and from there to the apartments.<br><br>We have a travel cot (for children up to 15 kg) and a toddler bed (for children up to 3 years old), which we’ll be happy to set up in the holiday apartments if needed. There is a lockable bike shed for bicycles. We also have simple touring bikes available for rent. Our guests can park their cars on the property. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. To protect guests with sensitivities, we also do not allow pets. There are a total of two holiday apartments in the house. These can be booked individually or together. Together, they offer ideal space and comfort for small groups of 3 to a maximum of 5 people.<br><br>Bed linens, towels, additional towels after 7 days, final cleaning, disinfection, and utilities (Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, water, sewage, trash disposal, etc.) are included. Children under 2 years of age stay for free. A cot or toddler bed can be provided upon request. For stays of 9 nights or more, there is an energy surcharge of 20.00 EUR.
