This isn’t your average group rental, it’s four entertainment zones under one roof. You’ll get a dedicated theater room with a massage chair and popcorn machine, a full game room (pool table, poker table, arcade, air hockey), and a music corner with a keyboard, guitar, karaoke machine, and record player, plus a private hot tub out back.

The backyard even has strawberry trees that draw regular bunny visitors, a favorite with kids. Add a direct view of Shepard Park across the street and off-street parking for four vehicles, and you’ve got a retreat built for groups who want more than just a place to sleep.

Don't put any plates, cups, or utensils used back in the cabinets. Please leave them in the sink or dishwasher.
Hot Tub: please replace the cover securely and ensure the jets, lights, and heat are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 10 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedroom. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard. Please do not smoke inside the home. Cigarette butts should be disposed properly.
