We warmly welcome you to our holiday home, Chalet Mesa!

We’re located in a unique setting with modern homes at the Lakeside Village Resort, right on the shores of Lake Lipno near Frymburk, in the midst of a peaceful, picturesque landscape within a nature reserve bordering the lake and the forest. It’s a place to unwind and recharge. Our modern and comfortably furnished home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, just 80 metres from the lake, which features a swimming dock and boat rentals. Our in-house stand-up paddleboards are available to you free of charge.

On our spacious terrace or our forest terrace with its own garden, you can enjoy the lake view and breathtaking sunsets during wonderful barbecue evenings. Of course, a grill is provided for your use.

Our house features 4 bedrooms (three double beds and two single beds), two of which offer a view of the lake through the woods, two bathrooms (including a hair dryer), and a guest bathroom. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, radio, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave. In addition to a flat-screen smart TV in the living area, there are two more in the bedrooms, and free Wi-Fi is available, including access to Amazon, Netflix, and
. New: Our Forest Spa! Forest sauna included; private hot tub with a wood-fired stove (for a fee of 130 € + 30 € for firewood = 150 €)

You can spend cosy evenings in the tastefully furnished living and dining area, where 5 TVs and board games are available for your enjoyment. A warming pellet stove, along with electric heating, provides comfortable warmth.

The key safe guarantees independence:
contactless and flexible key handoff upon arrival and departure. If you need to leave early, you can simply deposit the key back in the safe and leave whenever you like.

The costs for final cleaning and linens are already included in the holiday rental price. Dogs are welcome free of charge (max. 2 dogs). For your furry friends, 2 dog bowls and 1 dog pillow are provided. Dog access to the lake is available to the right or left of the dock!

The location is perfect for many different excursions and activities

We’re close to all summer and winter activities. The Lipno Ski Centre, with 6 comfortable chairlifts and 13.4 km of ski slopes, is only about 15 minutes away. You’ll find various cross-country ski trails around the village of Frymburk, or you can make your own tracks on the frozen lake. There’s also a special feature here: take advantage of the world’s longest ice-skating rink, stretching about 10 km from Frymburk to Lipno, when the lake is frozen.

Many leisure and excursion options:
Take advantage of the excellent 60 km network of bike paths around the lake, sightseeing boat tours, boat rentals, our two in-house stand-up paddleboards (available free of charge to our guests in the summer), wakeboarding, rafting and canoeing, excursions to the town of Krumau (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), castle tours, the treetop walk, trips to nearby Austria or Bavaria, horseback riding, and much more to make your holiday perfect.

Our property’s location is also ideal for fishing holidays! You can purchase the necessary permits for this in nearby Frymburk, among other places. Boat rentals and fishing gear are available right on-site
