The apartment includes a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with a shower), an infrared sauna, and a balcony.<br><br>The apartment complex is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet remains very centrally located in Norddeich.<br><br>The vacation rental is equipped to a high standard and features a 49-inch 4K smart TV in the living room with apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and many more. An internet radio and a Blu-ray player, along with a small collection of current movies, are also available for your use. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of cookware and tableware. In addition, there is not only a filter coffee maker but also a Tassimo machine.<br><br>As a special highlight, this apartment features a private infrared sauna for two people, which you can use free of charge. Leave your daily routine behind for a while, let your body and mind rest, and recharge your energy—experience pure relaxation in your own infrared sauna whenever you like.<br><br>Both the living room and the kitchen each feature two large floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the balcony. Thanks to the east-facing orientation, you can enjoy a sunny breakfast here. With our electric grill, barbecuing in the fresh North Sea air is no problem. A private path leads exclusively to guests of our vacation home to Norddeicher Straße after just 50 meters, where you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Outside, you can also store your bicycles or other items in a large, lockable garden shed. E-bikes can be charged for free in the garden shed using the numerous outlets.<br><br>The master bedroom features a double bed, a large 49-inch 4K smart TV, and a beautiful wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom, which you can reach via its own full staircase, is equipped with two large single beds (each measuring 200 x 100 cm), two dressers, and a 32-inch smart TV. Right next to the second bedroom is a second, fully equipped bathroom with a shower. For the fifth and sixth guests, there is a cozy double sofa bed in the living area that can be unfolded in no time. The living room and both bedrooms can be completely darkened at night. Additionally, an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and a hair dryer are provided.<br><br>This apartment includes a private, paved, and well-lit parking space right next to the vacation home. Electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there using our charging stations.
