Property was exactly as advertised and check in and out was fast and easy with no effort. Apartment was great with amenities such as a/c and a fan for the bedroom. Walkable to everywhere in downtown Ottawa. Admittedly the place isn't in the most attractive neighborhood, but at no time did we ever feel unsafe and it was fast and easy to get to good restaurants and attractions, and worth it for the price. The parking down the street was just a short walk and while it may sound sketchy in print, the people there were very nice, there were zero issues and it was 11/day, which is dirt cheap for parking in a major city center.
