Alles super. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte lieber eine Wohnung im Obergeschoss nehmen. Man hört, Bausubstanz bedingt, die meisten Schritte der Obermieter, besonders wenn es ruhig ist. Wir hatten sehr nachtaktive Obermieter, das muss man mögen.

Ein alter Haubarg mitten auf der Wiese, gelegentlich ein paar Kühe und Wildgänse bei einer Zwischenlandung. Ohne Auto macht es wenig Sinn. Wer das so mag findet kaum ein schöneres Ambiente als in den Wohnungen des renovierten, fast 200 jährigen Haubargs. Problemlose Abwicklung und freundlicher Empfang und Service vor Ort durch das Personal, das für die Sauberkeit und das Wohlbefinden sorgt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einem wunderschönen alten Haubarg. Die Alleinlage auf den Feldern vor dem kleinen Ort Welt ist perfekt für alle Urlauber, welche die Ruhe und die Stille der Nordsee genießen möchten. Die alten Bäume, die Wiese rund ums Haus und die Strandkörbe im Garten sind der perfekte Orte für einen ruhigen Abend. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Schönes Gebäude in ruhiger Lage

Ein schönes altes Gebäude in ruhiger Lage. Ausreichend Parkplätze und ein großer Garten. Wohnung ordentlich eingerichtet mit vollständiger Küche.

Wenn jemand Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist er Hier gut aufgehoben. Leider gibt es in dem Ort Welt keinen Bäcker oder Einkaufsladen, dafür im nächsten Ort Garding. Wir werden wenn möglich auch unseren Urlaub im nächsten Jahr hier verbringen.
