First floor, spacious bright, sunny recently renovated and refurnished one bedroom apartment located in the heart of West End, couple blocks away from downtown Portland, Old Port and just a short walk to Commercial street. One off-street parking lot is provided. Conveniently located at a short drive away from 295!

The space
- Beautifully renovated bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with a brand new mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

- Step into this inviting living room, where natural light floods the space through large windows, highlighting the impressive high ceilings. 55-inch TV perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

- Full kitchen equipped with all the essential appliances, (except dishwasher) ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Guest access
Easy self-check-in with smart keypad locks to the apartment door and the main building entrance door. We will email you the key passcodes to both digital locks before the check in date. Doors will automatically lock behind you in short time as long as you close them fully.

Take a note that there is no access to a washer/dryer.

Other things to note
In the living room there is a pull out couch that converts into a King size sleeper bed. We have a top mattress available. Just let us know if you need it.

The apartment is located on the first floor. You would have to climb just few steps to access the main entrance.

We have Netflix and Amazon plus available for you to stream (sorry, no cable television)
