Stay in the historic 1849 Charles P. Ingraham Sea Captain's Mansion. Located on beautiful Park St, just a 10 minute walk to Old Port. This 1-bedroom unit comes with a washer/dryer, new bath/kitchen, desk, and 2-car off-street parking.

Great location walking distance to all of the Old Port! Great for dogs as theirs a nice green area two doors down!The bedroom is great with lot's of storage and space to unpack/settle in. The kitchen and living area are small, but functional and comfortable for two with enough space for two.Bathroom perfect and modern.Great TV's in both rooms!Very clean and very comfortable and SUPER GREAT LOCATION!!!We'll definitely be back!Thank you!

Great location

The condo was a great location for walking to the food and shopping on both Commercial and Congress streets. Parking was a breeze and the unit had everything you could want for a short or long term stay.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is a great place to stay to visit Portland. It is roomier than it appears in the photos and was very comfortable for my husband and me. Love the location - it is a quiet but very convenient neighborhood for walking to downtown and Old Port.

Perfect location, beautiful and quiet stay

A wonderful spot in Portland. This location is ideal for travelers that want to be close to the main attractions while having a quiet place to stay at night. The property itself is very charming and is very cozy. We had a great time at this property. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonder location

We needed a place to stay during a family medical emergency. This property was perfect, we could walk to the hospital and stores. The neighborhood is lovely. It was so helpful to be able to be in such a cozy, comfortable space while dealing with so much stress. The owners were so helpful and understanding of our challenges and were able to accommodate our needs for extended stays. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Portland.

Stylish and comfortable

We loved our weekend in Portland. This unit was comfortable, stylish and well organized. We were able to quickly walk to restaurants and shops nearby and only had put in a few extra steps to get down to the port. We didn’t use our car at all but having the parking spot was really nice. We happen to be in Maine during a heat wave and the powerful ac in this unit was fantastic. I appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, soap as well as coffee pods were provided. Lovely stay!
