Der Gesamteindruck ist gut bis sehr gut. Der Preis liegt im hohen Segment und ist insgesamt etwas zu hoch. Aussenbereich (Haus und Garten) ist sehr gut. Innenbereich ist sehr puristisch. Das Licht ist deutlich zu hell und lässt sich auch nicht dämmen. Mit der Inbetriebnahme des Gaskamins ist die Raumtemperatur sehr schnell sehr warm. Letztlich fehlt es auch an Interieur-Dekoration.
