The child-friendly house welcomes you in the heart of the Slavic lowlands in the middle of a beautiful landscape, where you can enjoy a unique view and is the ideal place for a pleasant time with two to three families. The homely furnishings with beautiful wooden elements make it easy for you to relax here. Enjoy meals together by the crackling open fire and make yourself comfortable on the inviting sofa in the evening.



A beautiful garden and a quiet location offer the best conditions for a relaxing vacation in nature. Enjoy sunbathing in a deckchair, interrupted only for a few laps in the pool.



The house is surrounded by orchards, fields and meadows. Taste numerous local products and a wide range of local wines from the Kutjevac vineyard. Visit the Papuk Nature Park with fishing lakes, to which numerous cycling, walking and hiking trails lead, the famous Lipica Stud Farm and the Becar Museum in Pleternica.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus mitte August mit insgesamt sechs Personen (zwei Kindern) und zwei Hunden besucht, ein Mitglied der Familie Dosen ist eigentlich immer vor Ort deshalb war auch ein früherer Check-in kein Problem.Das Ferienhaus ist frisch saniert worden zumindest der obere Schlafbereich, alles war bei unsere Ankunft sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das ganze Haus ist mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist wie beschrieben komplett eingezäunt, auch dort ist alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich, der Pool wird von den Besitzern alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt. Zur Info für den ein oder anderen der wirklich komplett seine Ruhe im Urlaub haben möchte, die Familie Dosen lebt mit auf dem Grundstück und ist sehr Gastfreundlich, die Kommunikation ging bei uns nur über eine übersetzer App da kein Englisch gesprochen wird. Der Urlaub war für uns trotzdem sehr schön und erholsam.

Vi fikk den varmeste velkomsten av eierne da vi ankommet huset.

Vi fikk den varmeste velkomsten av eierne da vi ankommet huset. De tilbød både mat og drikke og var fantastisk imøtekommende. Dette var et flott sted, og vi anbefaler på det sterkeste for de som ikke liker steder med masse støy og familier med småbarn. Huset var ryddig og fint med en fantastisk hage, med både basseng og frukthage, der du får lov til å plukke det du selv vil. Eierne var ubegripelig koselige og gjestfrie. Alle rom har egne bad og aircondition, slik man har på hotell. Det eneste jeg ville merket er at det ikke er en kaffetrakter i huset. Bassenget var stort og fint og veldig rent, og eierne renser bassenget ofte. Flere av oss er redde for dyr, men eiernes hund, Zoka, var så snill og koselig at alle ble glade i den. Huset er i en liten landsby og nærmeste by er Pozega, som ligger ti minutter unna med bil.
