The beautiful Villa Sole in Butkovici is fully equipped and has 143m2 of living space. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The cozy living room has a lot of flair and a romantic fireplace. From the living room you come into the garden. Outside the villa you will find a private pool with sun loungers, ideal for refreshing yourself on hot summer days, as well as a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The house is in a family friendly area in a beautiful rural area. The nearest sandy beach is only 12km away. The villa is part of a resort where you will find a children's playground and table tennis and other games and sports. The villa also offers a tennis court for your guests also as part of resort.
The charming hamlet of Butkovici offers the perfect opportunity to discover the leisurely, relaxed rhythm that still characterizes life in rural Istria today. Approx. 15km away is the attractive Svetvincenat with an impressive medieval stone castle and a good range of amenities including a pharmacy, post office and restaurants. Pretty pebble beaches are located in the north and south of Rovinj (approx. 20 minutes drive). Be sure to visit the region's capital, Pula, where film screenings, cultural events and live concerts by world-famous artists regularly take place in the largest Roman amphitheater. 22km away is the small town of Fazana with a pretty harbor where you can hire boats and water taxis to the fantastic Brioni Islands National Park, or swim at the beautiful, clean pebble beach of Fazana.
