Christmas market visit

It was perfect for our needs. However, because there were 4 people in our group initially after I booked the stay I was informed that only 2 of the 3 bedrooms would be available. After contacting the owner he made all 3 available. So no problem but something to be aware of. Transportation is right out front of the door so that was very convenient.

Comfortable, Spacious Apartment

This apartment was perfect for all our needs on our trip to Vienna! It's very close to several major bus and tram stops that will take you anywhere you would like to go in the city. The apartment is very large and could easily accommodate many more guests than we had in our party and the beds were very comfortable! Markus was very helpful and patient with us in making our reservation (there was an issue on our side regarding the number of guests coming and when we were actually checking in) but he was very accommodating and prompt with responses to any questions we had. The apartment was very comfortable and we greatly enjoyed our stay! 10/10!

Great location for the price point

Traveling with my parents and adult children. We needed a space that would accommodate us all with rooms to escape each other LOL. This fit the bill quite nicely. Kitchen supplies were a bit rudimentary. Would have liked a tea pot, perhaps a pour over or french press coffee pot and perhaps some tin foil or more parchment paper. A book with English instructions would have been helpful for the dishwasher and washing machine operation. (figured out the dishwasher - not sure if we ever go the washing machine sorted properly) Markus was great with instructions on entry to the apartment. Easy to get to the Innerstadt via trains. Had some issues with condensation during showers and washing machine operations and having a water alarm sounding. But cleared that up with a quick wipe up of the area where the alarm was located. Overall - the space was great for our needs for our stay in Vienna. Thanks!

Roomy Flat for a great City Stay

No real negative here. Very easy to access. Location was very good. Excellent would be downtown but that would cost you way more. Our Host was very accessible and very helpful but we really didn’t need anything once we got in. This place is big. Beds are fantastic and amenities solid. Plenty of clean towels etc and laundry machine is available if you need it. Bakeries and groceries all around plus restaurants and a market around the corner. Quick access to the very easy to use Wiener Linien. We got a 72 hour pass. Streetcar right out front. Taxis and Ubers plus the train nearby. Place was quiet other than expected traffic noise. When you close the windows you can’t hear it. If you don’t like the stairs the elevator solves that problem. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment We felt right at home in this very spacious, bright, super clean apartment with modern furniture and comfortable beds. A lot of attention to details was apparent to make our stay comfortable. All necessary information was received ahead of our arrival in Vienna to check ourselves into the apartment without any delay. The location is convenient with a streetcar stop right in front, and the subway not far away either. A grocery store (Hofer/Aldi) is right across the street. Communication with the owner was always prompt and satisfactory. Everything was as advertised. We would return to this apartment anytime when again in Vienna.

Gut

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefĂŒhlt. Super Lage. Die Strassenbahn direkt vor der TĂŒr, verschiedene GeschĂ€fte und sogar ein Markt in der NĂ€he. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gemĂŒtlich und sauber. Wenn wir wieder nach Wien fahren werden, dann nur wenn diese Wohnung frei wird ;-)

Absolut klasse Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und toll ausgestattet mit neuen Möbeln und nicht ĂŒberladen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt in der durchaus großzĂŒgig geschnittenen Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat via Telefon und Mail absolut super geklappt. Schnelle Antworten und immer erreichbar. Wir können die gute Erreichbarkeit mit den Öffis auch nur noch hervorheben.

Tolle Lage

Wir als große Familie haben uns sehr wohl in dieser großen Wohnung gefĂŒhlt. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und auch als wir ein kurzes Problem hatten, hat der Betreiber gleich Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und war sehr hilfreich. Wien war hervorragend und wenn wir wiederkommen, wĂŒrde ich auch dieses Apartment noch einmal buchen.

Spotlessly clean

Comfortable beds. The apartment was really clean and tidy - great hot water and facilities - easy to find and good location for exploring Vienna. I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation.
