Villa Wunderlich
At our historic four-sided farmstead, we offer three modern vacation apartments built using natural materials.
The Blue Apartment is 60 square meters and features a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (at which point the room is essentially full, meaning the bed extends from one wall to the opposite wall). If the bed is not pulled out, we can also place a crib in the room if needed.
The loft, accessible via a staircase inside the apartment, can accommodate one or two additional guests. You can think of it as a permanent tent (with a correspondingly low ceiling), featuring two mattresses on box springs. Due to the fairly steep staircase, the loft is not suitable for small children or elderly guests. A child safety gate can be installed at the bottom of the stairs.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area, including a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
Our three vacation apartments are located in a former stable building that was renovated with respect for its historical character—for example, the Prussian coffered ceilings have been preserved, lending the apartments a special atmosphere. Some of the walls are plastered with clay, which ensures a healthy indoor climate, and the floors feature oak parquet as well as beautiful, colorful Moroccan cement tiles.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, shower/toilet, TV, and Wi-Fi.
For families with small children, cribs and high chairs are available. Outside, you can use the patio furniture and the grill.
Our farm is located in Fresdorf, an idyllic little village at the entrance to the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park—home to the cranes—yet also in close proximity to Potsdam and Berlin.
The surrounding area is perfect for long walks or bike rides. At the nearby Großer Seddiner See, there is a family-friendly swimming beach with a well-maintained sunbathing lawn.
Here you can relax amid beautiful nature—and if you feel like it, you can be in Potsdam in half an hour. As the former royal seat of the kings of Prussia, with its numerous and unique palaces and parks, Potsdam is definitely worth a visit, or you can head to the heart of bustling, cosmopolitan Berlin.
We look forward to your visit!
