The vacation home is located in a vacation park, nestled in the beautiful wooded surroundings below Lake Orava in a quiet part of the Slanicka Osada recreational area. The municipality is part of Namestovo. Thanks to the cottage’s great location—with a peaceful setting and space for children to play—you can enjoy the unique panoramic view of Babia Mountain, Slanicka Island, and the Rio de Klin.
On the first floor, the vacation home features a living room with a dining table that seats up to seven people, a fireplace, a TV with a CD/DVD player, and a stereo system with Bluetooth and radio capabilities. Adjacent to this is the kitchenette, which is fully equipped with an oven, a (refrigerator/freezer) with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic stove with an electric burner, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee pot, and a coffee maker—leaving almost nothing to be desired. The house also features two bathrooms, each with a shower stall, a toilet, a sink, and a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (0.9 m wide). The second bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m wide), a single bed (0.90 m wide), and an extra bed (0.8 m x 0.22 m). In the attic, there are two small sleeping areas with 140-cm mattresses. Electric heating and free Wi-Fi are available in every room of the house. The owner is happy to provide board games for all ages and children’s toys.

The garden is completely fenced in and is therefore suitable for pets and children. Next to the cabin is a covered patio with a cozy seating area, a grill, and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. You can park one car for free in one of the four private parking spaces. Pets are allowed upon request.

Possible activities include hiking, visiting the nearby water park with water slides and wellness treatments, and boating on Lake Orava.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to go cycling through the beautiful and peaceful countryside. In winter, you can also enjoy winter sports here.
