Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because the first time I drove through it, it felt like stepping back in time. The historic homes, tree-lined streets, and welcoming atmosphere reminded me of what I imagine a Fourth of July summer evening would have felt like in the 1960s or ’70s—neighbors outside, families gathering on porches, and a real sense of community. There’s a charm and character here that’s hard to find today, and I knew right away it was somewhere I wanted to be a part of.
