Welcome to Hidden Hills neighborhood where you can enjoy a peaceful getaway and still be just minutes from the UTM campus, downtown dining and local boutiques.

Home built in 2020. Granite countertops, wood and tile flooring. Warm touches and comfortable furnishings. Long driveway for ample on-site parking.

This home features a king size master suite with a large walk-in shower, as well as two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and large closets. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Relax after a busy day on the screened-in back porch. This peaceful space offers a view to an open field where you will often see deer and wild turkey.

We will allow small dogs only. Please inform us if you plan to have your dog join you. We have a large, open-wire crate available, and we ask that you crate your dog when you leave the home. *There will be an additional $35 pet fee for cleaning.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all sheets on beds; no need to make beds. Please leave sofa bed out if used.
Please set thermostat to 75* upon final departure.
Please take all trash out to large blue trash can behind the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping in the house or anywhere on the premises. (Fee ranges from $500 - $1,000 for cleaning.)
No parties or loud music. Quiet hours after 10 p.m.
No unregistered guests.
