Designed for 2 to 4 people, the house combines modern comfort with a literary atmosphere.

On the ground floor, a cosy living area with a fireplace provides welcome warmth, especially during the cooler months. A high-quality sound system and a TV complement the space, while the open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area. The centrepiece is the bookshelf featuring a carefully curated selection in collaboration with the Dresden bookshop Büchers Best—a place to browse, discover, and linger.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the ground floor, combining functionality with clean lines.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (140 × 200).

One of the rooms features a cosy reading nook with an additional bookshelf—a quiet spot for peaceful moments. The second bedroom is equipped with a desk and is ideal for creative moments or a short workcation by the Baltic Sea.

An additional guest bathroom on the upper floor rounds out the floor plan.

The outdoor area, featuring a terrace and garden, offers space to unwind. Surrounded by the Bodden landscape and coastal air, you can read a book under the open sky or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

A special highlight is the shared sauna on the property, which can be operated independently via a coin-operated machine. After walks along the Weststrand or bike rides through the Darß Forest, it provides a pleasant way to unwind.
